Property Claims Processor – French Speaking

About the role

Join Chubb’s EMEA Claims Centre in Madrid as a Property Claims Processor, focusing on fast‑track French‑speaking cases. You will manage the full lifecycle of property and technical risk claims, ensuring accurate assessment, proactive handling, and timely settlement while delivering exceptional service to brokers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of property and technical risk claims up to €20,000.
• Handle incoming email and call enquiries, providing clear and professional communication.
• Support brokers and clients throughout the claims lifecycle, addressing needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate claims records, including data entry, indexing, and documentation integrity.
• Adhere to Chubb policies, Madrid Claims Centre SOPs, and EMEA regional guidelines.
• Identify and manage process exceptions in collaboration with team leaders and coordinators.

Required profile

• Fluent French and English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with brokers and clients.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work within established SLAs.
• Team player willing to support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
