Provider Inquiries Representative (PT / FR / DEU / ITA)

About the role

Cigna is looking for a Provider Inquiries Representative to join its new global Provider Services Organization in Madrid. You will support health care partners, such as hospitals and clinics, in their day-to-day inquiries, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end partnership with health provider accounts, from onboarding follow-up to daily and monthly interactions with Cigna.
• Educate providers on how to navigate Cigna's operating model.
• Assist providers with claims and payments-related inquiries on a global scale (IHDS).
• Handle more complex cases such as provider complaints, resolving them together with other stakeholders of the Provider Services Organization or Cigna when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience; studies in translation and interpreting, foreign languages or accounting are highly valued.
• Active knowledge of English at C1 level is a must.
• Active knowledge of Portuguese and/or French and/or German and/or Italian at B2 level is a must, so you can connect with in-network providers in those languages alongside English.
