PwC Edge Graduate Programme 2027 - Transactions Consulting, Madrid

About the role

PwC is offering its Edge graduate programme for deals professionals, based in Madrid and part of a programme designed by PwC Deals across EMEA and Asia Pacific. It is aimed at final-year students who want to become international, well-rounded and well-networked deals experts. The programme lasts three years and includes four rotations across Deals Solutions teams.

Key responsibilities

• Complete four rotations in Transaction Services, Valuations, Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring.
• Choose one track: General, Financial Services or Real Estate.
• Learn accounting, data analytics, modelling and quantitative methods, and induction into Deals Solutions.
• Take CFA classes during the programme and earn an Advanced Deals Certificate covering all three CFA levels by the end of year 3.
• Take part in networking events in the EMEA Edge community and possibly an international exchange in year 3.

Required profile

• Final-year bachelor or master's student in science, technology, engineering, maths, philosophy, architecture, business administration or finance.
• Average of 7/10 in STEM profiles and 8/10 in financial/business/other profiles.
• Ability to work in a demanding, high-pressure environment.
• Genuine interest in strategic questions, finances, mergers and acquisitions.

• Well-developed communication skills.
• Verbal and written English.
