Quality Assurance Officer – Seville

About the role

ATEXIS is looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join its Seville office. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will help maintain operational excellence by ensuring that products and services meet both regulatory and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide statistical data, KPIs and regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coach employees on quality standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in customer meetings to align quality processes with business and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze processes, improve tools and optimise workflows for efficiency and compliance.
• Support root‑cause investigations of non‑conformities using methods such as 5 Whys and 8D, and propose corrective actions.
• Create and maintain QMS documentation in line with ISO 9001, EN 9100 and related standards.
• Analyse failures, identify risks and implement preventive measures to ensure reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar quality assurance role.
• Technical or engineering degree.
• Native Spanish proficiency and English level B1/B2.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN 9100; familiarity with ISO 14001 is a plus.
• Experience in aerospace or defence environments is highly valued.
