Quality Conformance Management – Quality Management System (Temp)

About the role

An opportunity for a Quality Conformance Management role has arisen within Airbus Operations in the Getafe area, supporting aerospace quality initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on POA projects to ensure compliance with EASA directives and processes.
• Support BMS processes and procedures related to production.
• Create inspection standard documentation (IV, MC, PF/GTI, QSOI) and manage related software projects.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.
• Negotiation‑level communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Rigorous, autonomous, customer‑oriented mindset with ability to prioritize workload.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, flexibility and proactive behaviour.
