Quality & Operations Control Manager – Logistics

About the role

This position drives measurable operational improvements within sorting centers, focusing on reducing classification errors, enhancing parcel flow reliability, and supporting stable end‑to‑end logistics performance. The role is execution‑oriented, outcome‑driven, and adapts to network expansion and new site launches.

Key responsibilities

• Identify process gaps, lead corrective actions, and track impact through operational performance indicators.
• Act as the main point of reference for continuous improvement across sorting centers.
• Drive initiatives to reduce classification errors and parcel flow issues.
• Support optimization of the Canary Islands sorting center and the launch of new centers in Barcelona and Portugal.
• Increase Long Tail Orders by +0.15% to close the performance gap.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; Master’s degree in Project Management.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or sorting‑center operations.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong ownership, structured communication, and ability to influence stakeholders.
