Raw Materials Specialist

About the role
Revlon is seeking a Raw Materials Specialist to join its R&D team in Barcelona on a temporary basis (6‑9 months). The role focuses on managing technical information, specifications, and standards for raw materials used in global manufacturing sites and external suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and approve new raw materials and alternative suppliers.
- Maintain and update technical specifications and related documentation.
- Enter and keep raw material data current in SAP and other corporate systems.
- Support regulatory, sustainability, and product development projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product Development, Analytics, Regulatory, Quality, Microbiology, Purchasing) and external suppliers to ensure technical and quality compliance.
Required profile
- Degree in Chemistry (or Pharmacy, Biology, or related scientific discipline).
- 1‑2 years of experience in raw material control.
- High level of English (minimum B2).
- Organized, proactive, and able to work in multidisciplinary environments.
Required skills
- SAP knowledge for material data management.
