Real Estate Data Intern

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an intern to support its real estate data and compliance work in Barcelona. The role keeps the real estate asset database accurate, reconciles lease data with financial reporting, and helps move data from the old system to the new one.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and audit the Real Estate Asset Database, keeping contract details, key dates (breaks and expirations) and asset dimensions 100% accurate.
• Reconcile regularly the Sequentra RE database with Contavio (the IFRS16 accounting tool) so financial reporting matches the physical leases.
• Contact local teams across Glovo's markets to collect missing documents and clarify data issues.
• Audit and organise shared folders (Google Drive/SharePoint) so executed contracts and legal amendments are easy to find.
• Help migrate data from Sequentra to Tango, including data mapping, cleaning and validation.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate or Engineering.
• Comfortable with large datasets and very attentive to detail.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Proactive: identifies messy data and proposes ways to clean it.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel is essential.
• Experience with CRM/ERP/database tools such as Sequentra, Contavio or Tango is a big plus.
