Receptionist at Cala San Miguel Hotel, Ibiza

About the role

Join the Barceló Group as a Receptionist at the Cala San Miguel Hotel in Ibiza, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all front‑desk operations, including check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Provide personalized customer service in person and by phone throughout the guest stay.
• Perform concierge duties, handle luggage storage, and respond to guest requests.
• Review reservations, conduct night audits, and ensure accurate billing.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Reception Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, a Master’s in Marketing or a related field, with specific training in tourism quality.
• Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience in the hotel industry.
• High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of office software, hospitality operations, CRM systems, and ISO standards is valued.
