About the role
As a Receptionist within CBRE’s Workplace Experience function, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff, delivering world‑class customer service. You will support the office with a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages as needed.
- Greet clients, applicants and visitors, issue visitor passes and parking validations while following security protocols.
- Schedule, set up and prepare meeting and conference rooms, including catering orders and technology equipment.
- Request building and housekeeping services, and arrange hospitality services such as transportation and reservations.
- Perform general clerical duties: distribute faxes and packages, order office supplies, and track incoming/outgoing mail and freight.
- Arrange messenger services and manage package deliveries.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
- Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
- Basic math skills for simple calculations such as percentages and discounts.
