Recruiter, International Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiter, International Sales to lead strategic talent acquisition across international markets, focusing on sales and other business‑critical functions. Based in Spain and working remotely, you will partner with hiring leaders to design recruitment strategies, source exceptional candidates and ensure a high‑quality hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process for international business roles including Sales, Post‑Sales, Compliance, Marketing and other strategic functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and talent leadership to define search strategies, candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across EMEA and global markets, building talent maps and leveraging competitor and referral networks.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the process, providing a positive experience aligned with company values.
• Use recruiting data, market insights and funnel metrics to evaluate performance and continuously improve hiring strategies.
• Facilitate candidate calibration, structured feedback and efficient interview processes.
• Optimize recruitment workflows, including intake, sourcing methods, assessment and offer execution.
• Coordinate with People, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders on international hiring considerations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high‑growth technology companies.
• Proven success supporting international hiring, especially for sales‑related and business‑focused roles.
• Deep knowledge of EMEA talent markets and ability to adapt strategies by region and function.
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making.
