Recruitment Consultant – Renewable Energy

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our Madrid office and support the fast‑growing renewable energy sector in Spain. You will act as the bridge between clients and talent, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions for technical and commercial positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates, review applications and build shortlists that match technical, cultural and experience requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities, maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Advise clients on hiring strategies, negotiate terms and manage the full recruitment cycle from qualification to offer acceptance.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, gather feedback and coordinate final placement arrangements.

Required profile

• Minimum six months of recruitment experience, preferably in renewables or engineering.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present candidate value to clients.
• Commercial awareness and ability to anticipate market trends.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client requirements and urgent demands.
• Proactive attitude, initiative and willingness to become a subject‑matter expert in the Spanish renewable market.
