Recruitment Coordinator – Madrid

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing Madrid office. You will manage the full‑cycle hiring process, from sourcing talent to onboarding new employees, ensuring we attract and retain the best candidates for our gaming projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document requirements.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post vacancies on appropriate boards, newspapers, and colleges.
• Source candidates using databases, social media, employee referrals and Workable.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidates against legal and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
• Onboard new hires and integrate them into the organization.
• Provide analytical recruiting reports and maintain accurate records.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter or recruitment coordinator, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of interview techniques, legal compliance and right‑to‑work verification.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritisation and communication skills.
