  • Analyze EHS performance data and leading indicators to drive proactive risk reduction
  • Support regulatory inspections, customer audits and external engagements, and share lessons learned across facilities
  • Drive the regional and global EHS roadmap, standardize processes and work with Operations, Engineering, Quality, HR and Supply Chain

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in EHS, occupational safety, engineering, environmental science, industrial hygiene or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Typically 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial or packaging environments
  • Experience supporting multiple facilities, business units or regions
  • Proven experience leading incident investigations, risk assessments, audits and compliance initiatives
  • Preferred: experience with capital projects, machine safety, contractor safety and process risk assessments; preferred certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM or ISO Lead Auditor

Required skills

  • Knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, machine safety, contractor safety, energy control and risk assessment
  • Incident investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, EHS information systems, reporting platforms and data analysis tools

The position is remote or field-based within the region, with regular travel to manufacturing sites of 50% to 70% depending on business needs, and occasional travel outside the region. The pay range is EUR 58,400 to EUR 99,400 per year, typically EUR 60,000 to EUR 78,000 for new hires.
