Regional Key Account Manager – OOH (Madrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Key Account Manager for the Out‑of‑Home (OOH) channel to drive growth and strengthen strategic partnerships across the Madrid region. You will combine analytical insight with commercial instinct to shape sales strategy, manage key customers, and deliver strong business results for a leading FMCG organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead key‑account activities, achieve ambitious sales targets and build long‑term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and Customer Team Managers to align initiatives and maximise performance.
• Negotiate contracts, develop activation plans with trade marketing and identify new business opportunities across distributors, wholesalers, cash‑and‑carry operators, Horeca groups and other OOH partners.
• Manage P&L, forecast sales, create commercial plans and monitor customer investments and activations.
• Analyse data using Excel and present insights in PowerPoint to support decision‑making and continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FMCG sales, managing OOH customers in the Madrid market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build trusted partnerships.
• Commercial drive with a strategic mindset and solid financial acumen.
