Regional Marketing Manager Iberia

About the role

CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader, is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager for Iberia (Spain and Portugal). The role drives regional growth, strengthens market presence and contributes to pipeline on the Enterprise segment (companies with 2,500+ employees). It acts as the primary marketing leader for the region, turning global strategy into locally relevant execution while working closely with regional sales leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional marketing strategy for Iberia, aligned to revenue targets and territory priorities, and localize global campaigns.
• Drive market development initiatives and increase brand awareness, market penetration and customer engagement.
• Design and run integrated programs that create and accelerate pipeline, working with Regional Sales Directors on territory plans and strategic accounts.
• Manage field marketing, executive engagements, regional events, partner initiatives and campaigns, tracking KPIs, reporting and optimizing ROI.
• Act as the central marketing point of contact for the region, bringing field insights into global planning and influencing stakeholders.
• Set performance metrics, monitor campaign effectiveness and deliver regular executive-level reports.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity or related fields.
• Proven experience managing multi-country or regional marketing programs, with a strong track record of aligning marketing to sales execution and revenue.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring pipeline and revenue contribution.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows and efficiency.
• Must be based in the Madrid area, willing to travel within the region, and a native Spanish speaker with fluent English.

• CRM, event tools and marketing reporting platforms such as Salesforce, Zuddl and Tableau.
