About the role

This role is responsible for developing and optimizing customer journeys, managing voice of customer programs and overseeing strategic briefings for key accounts. It works with internal stakeholders to organize presentations, design customized customer experiences and monitor KPIs and competitor activity. The position is full time, based in Sant Cugat del Valles.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize end-to-end customer journeys, identifying touchpoints, pain points and improvement areas.
• Design and manage voice of customer programs, including surveys, interviews and feedback mechanisms.
• Manage briefings focused on strategic accounts, large revenue deals and major relationship opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to organize presentations and discussion leaders for complex briefings.
• Design customized customer experiences and briefings for executive briefing centers, and provide notes and action items during and after briefings.
• Monitor KPIs for customer experience initiatives and track competitor activities and industry trends.
• Solve complex problems independently, deliver professionally written reports and support operational and strategic plans.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 4-7 years of experience, preferably in project management, sales, channel, program management, marketing or a related field; an advanced degree with 3-5 years of experience is also acceptable.
• Ability to lead moderate to high complexity projects and act as a team or project leader.
