About the role
The Regulatory Affairs Administrator will support the preparation and submission of technical dossiers for cosmetic products. Working on a part‑time schedule, you will ensure that all regulatory documentation complies with EU cosmetics regulations and is submitted on time.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review, maintain and coordinate technical product dossiers for worldwide regulatory submissions (notifications, certifications, registrations).
- Track the progress of each regulatory submission and follow up with internal teams.
- Keep the internal regulatory database up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Familiarity with EU cosmetic regulations.
- First‑hand experience with cosmetic finished products or chemical raw materials.
- Professional training in a scientific field (e.g., Formación Profesional).
- Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of EU cosmetic regulations.

- Fixed‑term contract (6 months to 1 year) with the possibility of extension.
- Hybrid work model: morning onsite hours (≈2.3 h/day) plus two remote days per week.
- Negotiable salary.
