Regulatory Affairs Officer (m/f/d)

About the role

Join BASF's Agricultural Solutions team in Barcelona as a Regulatory Affairs Officer. You will support the management of our portfolio by handling certificates, regulatory dossiers and label activities, ensuring compliance with Spanish and EU regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Request and follow up on certificates (composition, supply letters, Letters of Access, fee requests) via the RegHub system.
• Upload and maintain documents in RegHub and other regulatory databases.
• Coordinate label‑related tasks with Supply Chain, Artwork and Product Safety, tracking Unique Formula Identifiers.
• Prepare and upload regulatory dossiers to support F500 submissions.
• Prepare and submit administrative petitions to Spanish regulatory authorities.
• Assist senior team members in preparing registration dossiers for plant protection products, biocides, biostimulants and fertilizers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing and Supply Chain to facilitate regulatory processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Natural Sciences or a comparable scientific field.
• Basic knowledge of Regulatory Affairs; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent in Spanish and English to work in an international environment.
• Strong analytical abilities.

Required skills
