About the role
Join BASF Agricultural Solutions Spain in Barcelona as a Regulatory Affairs Officer on a temporary basis. You will support the management of the agricultural solutions portfolio by handling certificates, dossiers and label activities within a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Request and follow up on certificates (composition certificates, supply letters, Letters of Access, fee requests) through the RegHub system.
- Upload documents and keep regulatory databases, including RegHub, up to date.
- Coordinate label‑related activities with Supply Chain, Artwork and Product Safety teams, tracking new Unique Formula Identifiers (UFIs).
- Prepare and upload regulatory dossiers, supporting F500 submissions.
- Prepare and submit administrative petitions to Spanish regulatory authorities.
- Assist senior team members in preparing and following up registration dossiers for plant protection products, biocides, biostimulants and fertilizers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing and Supply Chain to support regulatory processes.
- Provide administrative support for third‑party agreements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Natural Sciences or a comparable scientific field.
- Basic knowledge of Regulatory Affairs; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail‑oriented, scientifically minded and accuracy‑focused.
