Regulatory Case Specialist – French (Barcelona)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Case Specialist who will join the Communications team at eDreams ODIGEO in Barcelona. The role focuses on handling consumer regulatory complaints, data‑protection cases and legal inquiries, ensuring a high level of service for our VIP customers while supporting cross‑functional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage legal customer complaints, including consumer‑organisation files, court cases and regulatory consumer cases.
• Handle data‑protection consumer‑rights requests and coordinate with the Legal department.
• Support VIP and sensitive customer complaints across multiple channels, including social care and direct CSM contacts.
• Collaborate on VIP communications projects and contribute to measurement, analysis and reporting of initiatives.

Required profile

• Background in tourism or travel industry.
• Strong written communication skills in French at native level; proficient English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and maintain diplomatic communication.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in G Suite.
