Remote Account Manager – Yachting

About the role

The Remote Account Manager will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets within the yachting territory while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will manage existing client contracts, identify up‑selling opportunities, and act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed defined sales activity and gross profit targets set by the General Manager, Yachting.
• Renew existing service contracts and coordinate routine replenishment of onboard medical supplies for assigned clients.
• Identify and close up‑selling opportunities, leveraging subject‑matter experts as needed.
• Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Accurately use CRM and order‑management systems, following documented processes.
• Ensure timely receipt of accounts receivable in line with company guidelines.
• Attend and document product, sales, and professional‑development training.
• Represent the company at events, seminars, and trade shows when required.
• Support team members during absences and adhere to ISO 9001:2008 and GDP compliance standards.

Required profile

• Previous account management experience with a proven ability to uncover and close opportunities within an existing client base.
• Sales or customer‑service background in the superyacht market.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Effective problem‑solving, interpersonal, and analytical capabilities.
• Competency in basic mathematical calculations such as percentages, rates, and ratios.
