Rental & Used Manager

About the role

The Rental & Used Manager will manage the financial performance and day‑to‑day operations of the Rental, Used Rental, and Used Equipment department across all branch offices in Spain. The role reports to the local Managing Director and leads Rental Coordinators.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee rental and used equipment service orders, inventory, maintenance, depreciation, and logistics including scheduling, delivery and pickup.
• Track financial performance, control repair costs, and implement corrective actions to meet corporate KPIs.
• Develop sales strategies, set pricing, and support the sales force with equipment information and proposals.
• Maintain customer contacts, support trade‑in evaluations, and manage service accounts.
• Coach, motivate and develop direct reports, conduct performance reviews and wage assessments.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of related experience (5 years preferred within the company).
• Associate degree in Business, Marketing or technical studies (or 6+ years experience with high school diploma).
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level).
• Willingness to travel occasionally and drive lift trucks and cars.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to operate lift trucks safely.
• Valid driver’s license.
