Research Nurse – In‑home Clinical Trials (Madrid)

About the role

Planet Pharma is partnering with a leading clinical research organisation to hire experienced Research Nurses who will conduct study visits directly in patients' homes across Madrid. This position is ideal for nurses with a passion for patient‑centred care and a background in decentralized clinical trials.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled study visits at patients' residences.
• Administer investigational products and treatments according to protocol.
• Carry out patient assessments, record vital signs, conduct ECGs, and collect biological samples.
• Process, label, and ship study samples in compliance with protocol requirements.
• Educate patients on study procedures, medication administration, and safety measures.
• Maintain accurate case report forms and ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with an active licence.
• Minimum two years of post‑registration nursing experience.
• Previous experience conducting in‑home clinical trial visits (essential).
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication abilities and proficiency with IT tools.
