About the role

Haleszka, a boutique hotel in Port de Sóller, is looking for a Reservations Agent to manage bookings and ensure smooth guest experiences. You will be part of a dynamic team that values growth, creativity, and a vibrant work atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Maintain accurate booking records and update the reservation system.
• Coordinate with front‑desk, housekeeping, and other departments to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Resolve booking issues, cancellations, and special requests promptly.
• Provide guests with clear information about rates, availability, and hotel services.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a hotel reservations department.
• Strong team‑player attitude with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality guest service.
