Resort Representative – Ibiza

About the role

Join Jet2holidays' Ibiza Resort team as a Resort Representative, delivering memorable holiday experiences for guests. You will use your local knowledge and digital tools to provide top‑class customer service both on‑site and virtually.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hotels and interact with guests via tablet‑based internal systems to offer personalised recommendations.
• Provide award‑winning customer service, answering queries through video calls and messaging.
• Support guests during disruptions, emergencies, or escalations, offering calm and confident assistance.
• Represent Jet2holidays during hotel visits and assist the Airport team on busy flight days.
• Share local attractions and experiences that match guest interests.

Required profile

• Full right‑to‑work documents for Spain (DNI/NIE/TIE).
• Own motorised vehicle with appropriate insurance; travel expenses reimbursed.
• Residency in Ibiza.
• Flexibility to work early starts, late finishes, split shifts and weekends, with rosters provided four weeks in advance.

Required skills

• Solution‑oriented, friendly and positive attitude.
• Comfortable using digital systems on a tablet device.
