Response Planner

About the role

The Response Planner ensures product availability by aligning supply with demand across the European logistics network. You will work closely with production, sales, marketing and customer service teams to manage risks, coordinate flows and support new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize supplies from the European production network in line with sales forecasts and coverage targets.
• Coordinate product flows and distribution while respecting warehouse capacity constraints.
• Identify, assess and communicate supply risks, proposing mitigation actions and following up across supply‑chain functions.
• Analyse recurring disruptions, determine root causes and implement proactive solutions to minimise service losses.
• Manage stock‑out analysis, validate promotional volumes and ensure optimal stock distribution.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as despatch rate, stock cover, obsoletes and residuals.
• Coordinate new product launches and range relaunches with sales, marketing, customer service and demand planners.
• Anticipate obsolete products, propose sell‑off solutions and lead follow‑up actions.
• Plan repacking activities to meet customer needs and drive continuous improvement of supply‑chain processes.
