Restaurant Manager – Lucia Marbella

About the role

As the Restaurant Manager at Lucia Marbella, you will lead daily front‑of‑house operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience that reflects the luxury standards of the Nikki Beach brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including floor plans, seating arrangements, and reservation flow.
• Recruit, train, mentor and develop a high‑performing front‑of‑house team.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage for all services.
• Coordinate with Sales, Events and Reservations teams for private dining, events and activations.
• Drive upselling initiatives and maximise daily revenue opportunities.
• Conduct daily briefings, performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
• Ensure compliance with grooming, hygiene, health & safety and service standards.
• Maintain effective communication with kitchen, purchasing, HR and finance departments.
• Plan and execute special events in collaboration with other departments.
• Welcome VIP and returning guests, handling concerns professionally.
• Maintain brand‑aligned guest experience, inventory, equipment and operational requirements.
• Ensure team knowledge of menus, promotions, beverage offerings and service standards.
• Maintain a clean, attractive and efficient restaurant environment.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate business updates to the General Manager.
• Monitor operational costs and contribute to achieving financial targets.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in upscale or luxury restaurants.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to drive revenue while maintaining service excellence.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Calm and decisive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hands‑on coaching style with passion for team development.
• Guest‑first mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
