Restaurant Runner – Fast-Paced Service Role

About the role

Join the vibrant Pacha Family as a Runner, delivering dishes and beverages swiftly from the kitchen and bar to guest tables. This position ensures a seamless dining experience while upholding the high standards of the iconic Pacha Group.

Key responsibilities

• Transport dishes and drinks from the kitchen/bar to tables promptly and accurately.
• Verify order completeness and correct delivery, resolving any discrepancies with the kitchen or service team.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and Front‑of‑House staff to maintain smooth service flow.
• Support the Food & Beverage team during peak periods to ensure efficient service and timely table turnover.
• Monitor service areas, anticipate needs, and provide assistance where required.
• Clear used crockery, glassware, and service items quickly to keep the dining area clean and safe.
• Replenish cutlery, napkins, bread, water and other service items to keep tables ready for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pass, service stations and dining areas.
• Handle all food and beverage items with care, following proper service procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill guest requests and special requirements.
• Comply with food hygiene, health and safety regulations, and internal procedures at all times.
• Present a professional appearance and positive attitude to contribute to a welcoming dining experience.
