Retail Consultant – Seasonal Full‑Time & Part‑Time (Ibiza)

About the role

Aesop is opening a new store in Ibiza Gallery, Playa d’en Bossa and is looking for enthusiastic Retail Consultants to join the team from May to October 2026. You will welcome guests, guide them through the product range and create an inclusive, memorable experience that reflects the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service throughout opening hours (11:00–23:00).
• Advise customers on product selection based on their needs and preferences.
• Maintain store presentation, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Handle stock replenishment, receive deliveries and unpack merchandise.
• Support daily operational tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive atmosphere.
• Uphold Aesop’s sustainability principles and brand standards in every interaction.

Required profile

• Warm, clear, and intentional communication style.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts within the seasonal schedule.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a calm, thoughtful approach to problem‑solving.
• Curiosity and openness to diverse perspectives.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
