Retail Recruiter – Iberia

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across the Iberian market. You will partner with store managers and corporate teams to ensure the right talent is hired quickly, while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for retail store positions, interns, and contractors, including briefings, search strategy, and onboarding.
• Provide a high‑quality candidate and manager experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Drive diversity in candidate slates and ensure compliance with local hiring regulations.
• Create and maintain requisitions in Workday, post openings, and support daily store HR needs.
• Review hiring documentation and labour contracts for accuracy.
• Collaborate with business managers and HR partners to identify future skill needs.
• Support DE&I compliance, including legal requirements for hiring people with disabilities.
• Coordinate language training programs and community events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
• Proactive, independent, and strong ownership mindset.
