Revenue Analyst

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Revenue Analyst to join its Madrid team. You will be responsible for analyzing, forecasting, and reporting on revenue performance to support strategic decisions across finance, sales, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze revenue performance by product, customer, region, and channel.
• Prepare recurring revenue reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and monitor trends, variances, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain revenue forecasts and models, aligning with sales pipeline data.
• Ensure data accuracy across finance, CRM, and billing systems; reconcile discrepancies.
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities and assist with budgeting and long‑term planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Accounting, and Leadership on commission analysis and pricing optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in revenue analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling).
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with ERP or other financial systems.
