Revenue & Reservations Manager

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra in Mallorca is seeking a Revenue & Reservations Manager to lead the reservations department and support the hotel’s commercial objectives. Working closely with Sales & Marketing, you will drive room revenue through effective inventory control, accurate rate loading, and data‑driven reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Reservations team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and high guest service standards.
• Prepare and distribute daily pick‑up, group pick‑up, segmentation and pace reports for revenue decisions.
• Load and maintain rates across all systems, aligning inventory with demand forecasts.
• Conduct regular audits of PMS, CRS and Sales & Catering platforms to ensure data integrity and system optimisation.
• Communicate with Sales on group blocks, cut‑off dates and booking pace to support conversion analysis.
• Monitor competitor pricing and distribution channels using OTA Insight, STR and other benchmarking tools.
• Participate in weekly Revenue and Commercial meetings, providing reservations data and operational insights.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• In‑depth knowledge of hotel rate structures, promotions and selling strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing and other departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience using Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
• Familiarity with OTA Insight for competitive pricing analysis.
• Knowledge of STR benchmarking tools.
