RevOps Specialist

About the role

Amenitiz is looking for a RevOps Specialist in Barcelona to own the CRM architecture and automation layer behind its commercial engine. The role covers lead routing, lifecycle stages, workflows and integrations that turn HubSpot into a scalable system for Sales, Customer Success and the wider GTM organisation across four markets. It goes beyond CRM administration and ticket triage.

Key responsibilities

• Own HubSpot CRM architecture and governance: lifecycle stages, custom objects, permissions, validation rules and system scalability
• Manage API integrations connecting HubSpot to the rest of the GTM stack and maintain data hygiene across all four markets
• Set data standards, naming conventions and access controls as the system scales
• Design and implement automation, including AI-powered workflows, and build and maintain lead-scoring and routing logic
• Monitor and debug automations, evaluate new tools and optimise end-to-end GTM workflows, including onboarding and handoffs between Sales and Customer Success
• Document playbooks (CRM and GTM automation) and build lightweight dashboards on data quality and automation performance
• Refine segmentation and routing logic with Sales, Customer Success and Data teams

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in CRM Administration, RevOps/Sales Ops or Marketing Ops in SaaS, high-growth tech, marketplaces or other revenue-driven environments
• HubSpot expert with hands-on experience architecting workflows, custom objects, automations and API integrations
• API literacy and comfort with automation platforms (HubSpot workflows, Zapier, Make, Workato or similar)
• Working knowledge of subscription metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR) and experience across multiple geographies
• Fluent English and at least one of French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese

Required skills

• Basic scripting (Python or similar) and SQL proficiency for reporting and troubleshooting
• Strong plus: HubSpot certifications, data visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase), conversational intelligence platforms, Git/GitHub
