Rooftop Waiter at Hotel Occidental Las Canteras

About the role

We are looking for a part-time Rooftop Waiter to join the team at Hotel Occidental Las Canteras. The role involves providing high-quality food and beverage service to guests on the hotel’s rooftop terrace, working 30 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver qualified, autonomous and responsible service and sales of food and drinks.
• Welcome guests, seat them when required and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Provide direct assistance to customers during food and beverage consumption.
• Prepare, set up and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain and prepare work areas and equipment to guarantee smooth service operations.

Required profile

• Medium-level hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio in Hospitality) and APPCC food-safety training.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position.
• High proficiency in English.
• Team-player attitude, ability to work under stress, good personal image and customer-orientation.

Required skills

• APPCC (food safety) knowledge.
• Cocktail preparation.
• High-level English communication.
