Room Service Supervisor

About the role

The Room Service Supervisor will lead the In‑Room Dining team at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca, ensuring guests receive prompt, high‑quality food and beverage service in an elegant setting. This position combines operational oversight with guest‑focused service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain visibility on the floor, recognize team performance, and handle guest complaints, concerns, or special requests.
• Ensure quality, timeliness, and presentation of all food items; provide wine and spirits knowledge.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash control.
• Participate in regular operational meetings to coordinate with other departments.
• Monitor the physical condition of In‑Room Dining facilities and equipment, recommending improvements as needed.
• Assist with training and development of team members.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a line or supervisory role within Food & Beverage.
• Working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons standards, policies, and SOPs.
• Legal right to work in Spain.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
