Sales and Digital Campaign Specialist (German-speaking)

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Sales and Digital Campaign Specialist based in Barcelona who speaks German at native level. You will act as a trusted consultant for customers, helping them set up, develop and optimise PPC campaigns while handling a high volume of potential clients by phone every day.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard, develop and optimise PPC campaigns.
• Detect and understand the customer's needs and objectives.
• Be responsible for increasing spend, upselling and ensuring sustainability.
• Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.

Required profile

• Native level of German.
• Good level of English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a sales environment and hands-on experience with digital marketing and digital advertising tools.

What we offer

• Full-time position (39 hours per week) on a long-term contract.
• Salary of 24,000 EUR gross per year, plus up to 2,000 EUR gross per year in bonus.
• Relocation package: flight ticket, taxi from home to the airport, taxi from the Spanish airport to your accommodation, PCR test cost compensation, and accommodation in a private studio or 600 EUR after one month.
