About the role
BIMBA Y LOLA is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant for its Barcelona store. You will act as the main brand ambassador, delivering a seamless customer journey and promoting the brand’s creative culture.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service from greeting to final sale, handling inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain stock accuracy through counting, deliveries organization, and stockroom upkeep.
- Arrange products on the shop floor following visual‑merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate on visual changes, window displays, and seasonal store updates.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of experience in customer‑facing retail or sales.
- Strong sense of fashion and ability to understand client needs.
- Dynamic, motivated, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Interest in the fashion industry and willingness to learn.
