Sales Assistant – Madrid

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Madrid store, representing the Bimba y Lola brand and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, guiding them from entry to final purchase.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints with professionalism.
- Perform stock counting, control, and organise deliveries.
- Maintain the stockroom and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Arrange products on the shop floor according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate on visual changes, window displays and seasonal layouts.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of experience in retail or customer‑service roles.
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense of style.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, reliability and a proactive approach.
