About the role

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join its flagship store at El Corte Inglés Castellana in Madrid. This one‑year training contract is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about luxury fashion and eager to develop professional sales expertise in a world‑class environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets using proven sales techniques.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and convey the stories behind each collection.
• Provide a personalized retail ceremony, ensuring every client feels valued.
• Maintain and update the client database, supporting clienteling and follow‑up activities.
• Assist with product reception, quality control, and stock updates after sales.
• Handle client inquiries across in‑store, phone, and electronic channels, resolving issues in partnership with management.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in luxury fashion and retail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
