About the role
BIMBA Y LOLA is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join its Madrid store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a seamless customer journey and supporting the store’s visual standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service from greeting to final sale, handling inquiries and complaints.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the BIMBA Y LOLA experience.
- Manage stock counting, deliveries, and maintain the stockroom.
- Organise products on the shop floor and implement visual‑merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate on visual changes, window displays, and seasonal updates.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in customer‑facing retail or sales.
- Strong sense of fashion and ability to understand client needs.
- Team‑oriented attitude with good listening skills.
