About the role

BIMBA Y LOLA is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join its Madrid store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a seamless customer journey and supporting the store’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service from greeting to final sale, handling inquiries and complaints.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the BIMBA Y LOLA experience.
Manage stock counting, deliveries, and maintain the stockroom.
Organise products on the shop floor and implement visual‑merchandising guidelines.
Collaborate on visual changes, window displays, and seasonal updates.

Required profile

At least one year of experience in customer‑facing retail or sales.
Strong sense of fashion and ability to understand client needs.
Team‑oriented attitude with good listening skills.
