Missions principales

• Deliver excellence in customer service by identifying needs and exceeding client expectations.
• Maximize sales opportunities to achieve store targets and individual KPIs.
• Provide expert product advice, including detailed information on pricing, features, and benefits.
• Ensure seamless order execution and manage garment alterations/tailoring requests.
• Maintain high visual standards and proactively engage customers to optimize conversion rates.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within the Menswear sector.
• Previous experience working at El Corte Inglés is a significant advantage.
• Professional image and impeccable grooming standards.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable mindset with a strong desire to tackle new challenges.

Competences requises

• Fluent English (B2-C1 level) to serve an international clientele.
• Strong sales techniques and KPI orientation.
• In-depth knowledge of menswear fashion and luxury trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
