Sales Development Representative - French Market (Inbound)

About the role

Amenitiz is looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Barcelona to convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities. The SDR engages prospects who have shown interest in the company, identifies their needs, explains the product and ensures a smooth handover to the sales team. The role suits someone with strong communication skills and a consultative approach.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads by talking to potential customers by call, email and chat to assess fit.
• Educate prospects on the product's value and generate interest in a demo.
• Work with the sales team to hand over leads smoothly and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain high-quality data in the CRM (HubSpot) for accurate forecasting.
• Prioritise inbound inquiries to maximise engagement and conversion.
• Work with marketing on feedback about lead quality and improvements.
• Track key metrics such as response times, conversion rates and efficiency.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and active listening skills, with a consultative approach.
• Native French and excellent spoken and written English.
• Highly organised, able to manage several tasks and prioritise; results-driven and motivated by goals.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus.
