Sales Development Representative – Spanish Market

About the role

GetResponse, a SaaS company known for email marketing and marketing automation software, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to grow its Spanish market, one of its key regions. The role works closely with an international sales team and gives ownership of pipeline generation and outbound activities from day one. It suits someone who already knows how to prospect and wants to refine their approach in a structured SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline for the MAX sales team through structured outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls)
• Test, optimise and personalise outreach based on ICP, industry and use cases
• Qualify leads, identify opportunities and book meetings for Business Account Executives
• Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot) with high accuracy
• Contribute to outbound strategy and support marketing initiatives such as campaigns and events

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in an SDR / BDR or sales role with outbound prospecting
• Confidence in cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and resilience in handling rejection
• Experience with B2B clients, ideally in SaaS, startups or agencies
• Native Spanish and fluent English

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other sales automation tools
• Outbound prospecting and lead qualification
