Sales Executive – Spanish Speaking

About the role

SiteMinder is looking for a Spanish‑speaking Sales Executive to join its fast‑growing SaaS team in Barcelona. You will act as a trusted advisor to hotel owners, helping them understand how SiteMinder’s open hotel commerce platform can increase bookings and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and upsell existing customers across the hospitality sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach, product demos, proposal preparation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
• Prepare accurate quotes and present tailored solutions that address client challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within travel or hospitality.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a hunter mindset.
• Fluent in Spanish and comfortable communicating in English.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and aligned with SiteMinder’s core values.
