About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Growth Consultant who is fluent in French and English to join our Barcelona team. You will drive qualified opportunities, work with C‑level decision makers and help clients adopt Google Cloud solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and maintain daily activity levels.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, identify high‑potential prospects and present tailored solutions.
- Execute outbound calls and emails, including cold calling, to engage C‑level stakeholders.
- Analyze client challenges, gather requirements and match them with Google Cloud offerings.
- Keep CRM data up‑to‑date with leads, contacts and opportunities.
- Contribute to team and individual KPIs such as productivity, conversion and pipeline growth.
- Document customer interactions clearly for cross‑functional transparency.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Native‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
- Experience in outbound B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT.
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing, especially Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong business acumen, integrity and comfort working with quotas in a phone‑based environment.
- At least one year of IT outbound sales experience and proven cold‑calling success (preferred).
- Ability to identify key decision makers and stakeholders.
