Sales Manager Industrial - Construction & CASE

About the role

Vidara, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals and raw materials, is looking for a Sales Manager Industrial to grow its business and strengthen its presence in the Construction & CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomers) market across Northern Spain. The role suits a commercially driven professional with strong technical sales experience and industry knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop key accounts and drive business growth in the Construction & CASE market across Northern Spain.
• Identify, secure and develop new business opportunities, expanding market presence and increasing revenue.
• Promote and position the product portfolio, delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions to customers.
• Lead quotations, negotiations and commercial agreements, building long-term partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance, margins and market trends, giving strategic insights to support decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development or account management in the chemical industry.
• Proven knowledge of the Construction & CASE market and a background in chemical distribution or manufacturing.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to present technical solutions to key industry players.
• Willingness to travel across Iberia, about 40% of the time on customer visits.
• An established network of industry contacts is a strong advantage.
• Based in Northern Spain, preferably in the Basque Country; native or fluent Spanish and professional-level technical and business English.
