About the role

The Sales & Marketing Director will own and lead the entire revenue generation function at Hustler Marketing, unifying sales and marketing into a single high‑performing department. You will develop, execute, and optimise strategies that generate qualified leads, improve sales performance, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete sales and marketing funnel from lead generation to signed contracts.
• Develop and implement an integrated sales and marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Audit existing processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
• Build predictable, scalable lead‑generation systems across channels such as SEO, outbound sales, partnerships, referrals, paid acquisition, and content marketing.
• Ensure a steady flow of qualified leads that meet revenue targets.
• Lead, recruit, and develop a high‑performing sales and marketing team while maintaining strategic oversight.
• Collaborate with service and cross‑functional teams to align initiatives with company goals.

• Proven experience leading combined sales and marketing functions at a senior level.
