Sales Operations Analyst

About the role

Group-IB is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join its Business Operations team. You will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and the sales organization, delivering data‑driven insights that enable informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and deliver high‑quality reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Analyze sales data and forecasts to spot trends, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, department stakeholders, management and sales leaders to provide actionable recommendations.
• Gather reporting requirements from the Head of Business Operations, Sales Operations Lead and sales team leads to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
• Perform regular Salesforce data maintenance and guarantee reporting accuracy.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with Salesforce.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver who can work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
